Move with lightweight agility. The next best thing to going barefoot, the Sprint is our most popular women’s model with a lightweight, open design for versatility. A thin, stretch polyamide fabric upper follows the contour of the foot for comfort, and an adjustable hook-and-loop closure across the instep and around the heel provides a personalized, secure fit. The flexible, non-marking 3.5mm Vibram® TC1 performance rubber sole is razor-siped to enhance flexibility and grip on a variety of terrain.

What size is right for you:
Foot shapes and sizes vary greatly. FiveFingers do provide some fit adjustment, but may not fit every foot type. To achieve the best fitting results for the particular style you are interested in, we recommend you follow the sizing chart and instructions here.
Sprint Fitting Tips
With all 3 straps open, insert foot and align your toes with the five toe slots. Before pulling up the heel, inch each toe into the appropriate slot. Check to make sure one toe is in each slot. After your toes are in place, pull up the heel.
Slide your foot back to nestle your heel into the heel pocket. It's important to get your heel deeply seated. Secure the instep strap BEFORE latching the heel straps. This will ensure the foot is positioned properly.
Close the two heel straps. Wiggle your toes and re-adjust straps to find your ideal FiveFingers comfort.
