The most recent addition to the Vibram FiveFingers fitness line, the KMD Sport LS, carries every great feature of the KMD Sport, including the stitch-free 2mm footbed and hook-and-loop closures, but uses our speed lacing technology to meet the needs of every foot shape, particularly one that is wider with a higher instep. This design also means easy care – just machine wash and air dry.

What size is right for you:
Foot shapes and sizes vary greatly. FiveFingers do provide some fit adjustment, but may not fit every foot type. To achieve the best fitting results for the particular style you are interested in, we recommend you follow the sizing chart and instructions here.
Fitting Tips for FiveFingers Minimalist Barefoot Shoes:
KMD Sport LS
With the lacing system completely loosened, insert your foot while gradually aligning each toe with the appropriate toe pocket — it's often best to start with your big toe and work down to the little toe, gradually inching forward as each toe finds its place. Check to make sure one toe is in each pocket.
AFTER each toe is in place, pull up the heel cup and nestle your own heel into the FiveFingers heel cup. It's important to get your heel firmly seated in the heel cup.
Slide the toggle down to the base of the laces until you have found your ideal fit.
Use the hook and loop fasteners at the end of the laces and affix them to the instep of the shoe.
