For more insulation, go with the Flow. Ideal for more extreme temperatures and water activities, the Flow is designed with a 2mm neoprene upper and EVA footbed to help you battle the elements – or match their intensity. Beyond thermal insulation, the adjustable strap with hook-and-loop closure across the instep and around the heel ensures a protective, customizable fit. The bottom features a razor-siped Vibram® IdroGrip, performance rubber outsole, which, while a marking compound, allows you to explore almost any surface due to its added slip-resistance.

What size is right for you:
Foot shapes and sizes vary greatly. FiveFingers do provide some fit adjustment, but may not fit every foot type. To achieve the best fitting results for the particular style you are interested in, we recommend you follow the sizing chart and instructions here.

Flow
With both straps fully open, insert your foot while gradually aligning each toe with the appropriate toe pocket — it's often best to start with your big toe and work down to the little toe, gradually inching forward as each toe finds its place. Check to make sure one toe is in each pocket.
AFTER each toe is in place, pull up the heel cup and nestle your own heel into the FiveFingers heel cup. It's important to get your heel firmly seated in the heel cup.
Pull the instep strap and secure before securing the heel strap. This will ensure your foot is properly positioned. Make sure both straps lie flat as they wrap around the foot. Wiggle your toes and adjust the strap to find your ideal comfort.
