We want you to embrace your footprint, no matter what shape it takes. The Bikila LS has a closed quick-lace system with a custom fit that allows runners with a wider foot or higher instep to experience the breakthrough benefits offered by the original Bikila. The Bikila features a Dri -Lex® covered 3mm polyurethane insole (thickest under the ball of the foot) and a 4mm anatomical pod outsole design that provides maximum plating for underfoot support. It balances forefront impact and the ground feedback necessary for efficient forefoot-striking posture. Additional features include an upper with a more athletic padded collar and topline, a single hook-and-loop closure, 3M™ reflective surfaces, and tear-resistant TPU toe protection.

What size is right for you:
Foot shapes and sizes vary greatly. FiveFingers do provide some fit adjustment, but may not fit every foot type. To achieve the best fitting results for the particular style you are interested in, we recommend you follow the sizing chart and instructions here.
Fitting Tips for FiveFingers Minimalist Barefoot Shoes:
Bikila LS
With the lacing system completely loosened, insert your foot while gradually aligning each toe with the appropriate toe pocket" it's often best to start with your big toe and work down to the little toe, gradually inching forward as each toe finds its place. Check to make sure one toe is in each pocket.
AFTER each toe is in place, pull up the heel cup and nestle your own heel into the FiveFingers heel cup. It's important to get your heel firmly seated in the heel cup.
Slide the toggle down to the base of the laces until you have found your ideal fit.
Use the hook and loop fasteners at the end of the laces and affix them to the instep of the shoe.
